MANGO MATCHA SMOOTHIE
1 tsp flavored Matcha
1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup soymilk, coconut milk....
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Delicious!
BERRY MATCHA SMOOTHIE
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup low-fat Vanilla Yogurt
2 tsps. Matcha, green tea powder
6 ice cubes
1/2 cup almond milk
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 glasses.
GREEN CEDERBERG HARVEST ROOIBOS HERBAL TEA SMOOTHIE
1 cup water
Boil 1 cup water and pour over 2 Tbsp Green Cederberg Harvest tea. Steep for 15 minutes.
Strain out the herbs and pour the brewed tea into a blender. Add the fruit, yogurt and ice and blend until smooth.
CARIBBEAN SPLASH SMOOTHIE
1 cup waterBoil 1 cup water and pour over Caribbean Splash. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain out the herbs and chill the “tea”.
