These medium roasted coffee beans from Papua New Guinea produce a soft, light spice with berries and a chocolate sweet aftertaste.
Grown on mountainous regions, this coffee from the Arokara Co-op delivers a clean consistent cup. They are handpicked, pulped on the same day and fermented in cement vats for 36 hours. After the fermentation process the coffee is washed with fresh mountain stream water from the nearby Aru River. The coffee is then sun dried to give it a nice even bluish color, which can take 7-12 days.
Our coffees are available either ground or whole bean. We can grind coffees from Perc (coarse) to Turkish (extra-fine). Please specify when you order if you would like Bean, Perc, French Press, Drip, Melitta, Espresso or Turkish grind.
