|This exquisite Oolong tea comes from the Song Meng Garden, Anhui province, in eastern China. This province is a major agricultural region that produces, because of its temperate climate and rich soil, exceptional teas.
These large black leaves, with their slightly earthy aroma, open to attractive leaves with a smoky, woodsy aroma when brewed. The ecru colored cup has the taste of roasted (burnt) nuts, slight smoke and a wonderful toastiness.
Brew tea at 195º - steep for 3-5 minutes. Try multiple infusions (let the tea steep for approximately 15 seconds longer on each subsequent infusion).
