This tea comes from the Guangxi Province in China in Lingyun county.
The brewed tea is delicious with a bright cup and a light, fresh, green tea taste. You'll see the long, twisted, tippy, gray-green leaves open into very long olive-green leaves that lend themselves to more than one steeping.
Brew tea at 180º - steep for 2 minutes.

|Lin Yun Downy tea has such long, beautiful leaves that a standard tea scoop will not work to measure it out. I had to use my fingers to pick up pinches of tea to put into the pot. Brewed, the tea is a light goldenrod color with delicate flavors of light herbs. It is only barely astringent, in a nice, palate-cleansing way.|
