This beautiful presentation tea is formed by pressing green and white tea leaves into a tight heart shaped ball and adding a delicate yellow marigold flower. When infused, the ball opens to expose a beautiful yellow flower with large leaves that gently sway in the water. The ecru colored liquid yields a smooth, sweet, delicate tasting tea with a light vegetal taste.
Brew: One ball in 12 oz of water and steep 5 minutes at 185°. While leaves are moist, multiple infusions are possible.
