This is the original Chocolate Lace by Eugenia Tay, who fled czarist Russia in 1917 and brought the
tradition of crisp lacy caramel patterns covered in rich chocolate. Chocolate Lace is still being produced
today by Hauser Chocolatier on the same patented machine designed by Eugenia Tay herself. Delightful
Ingredients: Dark chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, ground vanilla beans ), sugar, corn syrup solids, canola oil. May contain milk & almonds, processed on shared equipment.
