This is the original Chocolate Lace, with a hint of mint, by Eugenia Tay, who fled czarist Russia in 1917 and brought the
tradition of crisp lacy caramel patterns covered in rich chocolate. Chocolate Lace is still being produced
today by Hauser Chocolatier on the same patented machine designed by Eugenia Tay herself. Delightful
