Luscious Blackberries have been enjoyed by humans for over 2000 years. In the Rubus genus of the Rosaceae family, this healthy fruit is packed full of antioxidants and vitamins. Blackberries are grown in many places and are particularly plentiful in the British Isles and Western Europe as well as in Eastern and North Western America.
Blackberries have a similar taste to raspberries. This powerful tasting tea brews to a bright amber cup with a musky, earthy berry taste.
Ingredients: Black teas, blackberry leaves and flavoring.
Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes.
|This is a good tea, but to me, the berry scent and flavor seems artificial. I'm sure it's not artificial, but it's not what I was expecting. I still enjoy it but it just doesn't hit the blackberry flavor on the mark.|

||Very strong berry flavor
|Of the 14 flavored teas I ordered, this was the only one I didn't love, and berry teas are usually some of my favorites. The berry flavor is very strong, a little too strong. To me it tastes less like fresh blackberries than it does like artificial "berry" flavoring, but that is just my opinion. It still makes a very fruity cup, and smells wonderful. I tried it with sugar and without...just not my favorite of the S&V teas I've tried.|
