Just like old fashioned root beer! |

This is the most incredible root beer tea. When I am drinking it I forget it is tea. The flavour is amazing and the aftertaste is pure root beer. |

Root Beer candy! |

I've never heard of root beer tea before so I had to try this out. When I opened up the pack I instantly got a very powerful root beer candy smell. When brewed it's much more subtle. Personally it's just ok lightly or non sweetened, however I find if you use two tsp of your preferred sweetener it really takes this blend to the next level! I highly recommend you sweeten this tea to get the most flavor. A very unique and fun blend. |

I ordered this tea because I'd never even heard of such a thing...root beer tea?? I had to try it. It turned out to be a great decision. This tea is really unusual...it smells just like root beer both before and after steeping (sasparilla, really, I suppose), and it has the full, earthy flavor of the drink, but with enough of the black tea flavor to keep tea lovers interested. I tried with and without sugar, and preferred it a bit sweetened. Obviously it has no carbonation, but it's a great substitute for the sugary soda. Loved it! |

Fantastic tasting root beer blend! |

If you're looking for a great root beer tea blend, this is the only one you'll ever need. Unless you'd also like a no caffeine option, then S&V has a delicious rooibos root beer blend too! This is so strongly of delicious root beer! With only black tea, sarsaparilla root, and rootbeer flavor, I'm not sure how this blend has such strong flavor. I could swear it even has a hint of creaminess of a root beer float. This might satisfy root beer cravings if you don't want all that sugar or don't have any root beer around. But I added some rock sugar to the second steep anyway and it resulted in an even more delicious brew. S&V are just flavor champions every. single. time.
Steep #1 // 1 1/2 teaspoons for a full mug// 10 minutes after boiling // 3 minute steep
Steep #2 // just boiled // 4 minute steep |

A great conversation starter |

The leaves have a very intense root beer scent, but once brewed, the flavor is much less overpowering. This is a fun and quirky tea that does indeed taste like root beer, though without the acid burn of a soda. The flavor is unusual enough that it convinced my coffee-drinking co-worker to give it a try! |

The flavor is spot-on. It actually reminds me of root beer candies with a spoonful of sugar added. Its good hot, but its even better iced. My nephew in particular loves it. |

My husband really likes this tea. It will be good this winter when the winds are howling and we sit before our fire with mugs of sweetened root beer tea w/ milk. |

I really like this Root Beer tea. Its very fragrant and true to a root beer flavor, with that bite. It even gives my nose that little bit of tickle that root beer does. |
