From the Fujian province comes this beautifully styled, organic,elongated leafed tea with white tips and gray-green leaves. The tea brews to a pale golden cup with a sweet, mellow taste. Brew: 2 tsp tea in 8 oz. water (at 175°), steep for 4 minutes.
These large brown and dark green twisted leaves have prominent silver tips and a slightly floral aroma. The leaves unfurl in the cup to yield a copper cup with a sweet, floral and slightly earthy aroma. The tea has a good body with a taste that is refreshing, smooth, slightly sweet and reminiscent of a light airy Darjeeling.
