Not there... |
10/4/2020 |
This tea, despite its pleasant taste over all, is not quite there. It is good for 2 maybe 3 steeps, with the 1st steep resulting in the nutty flavor as per description, but the 2nd and 3rd steeps give way to a more metallic flavor which is still enjoyable. Per directions, steep at 180 degrees for 4 minutes, however, I'm mulling dropping the steep temp to 175 which is more inline with greens I've had prior. |

a lovely afternoon tea |

The leafy green columbian is perfect for the afternoon as it is not very astringent. I did notice that this tea needs to be brewed at the full 180 degrees to get lovely pale green color without any bitterness. |

What a pleasant suprise! |

Didn't expect much from a tea from Columbia but I was very pleased with this selection. Very smooth without a hint of bitterness. As good as many much more expensive greens from China and Japan. Will definitely buy more if it's still available in the future. |
