Detailed Description
In September, 1620, the Pilgrims left Plymouth, England for a treacherous journey across the oceans to a new world. Landing in Plymouth, Massachusetts on December 26, 1620, they set about rebuilding their lives, erecting new homes and planting their gardens. They could not bring the comforts from home; however, one thing they made sure to bring with them was the wonderfully fragrant & soothing herb, lavender. Thus began lavender cultivation in North America.

This tisane brews to a flowery, minty, slightly sweet cup.

Ingredients: Organic Cinnamon, Spearmint, Organic Rosemary, Lavender Flowers and Lemon Verbena.

Brew Lavender Lace at 212º - steep for 5 minutes.

Caffeine Free.

Certified Kosher

Lavender Lace Whipped Cream

 Lavender Lace Whipped Cream

I didn’t think that the decadent taste of whipped cream could be improved upon….until now. This infused whipped cream is so delicious I can’t get enough! And the bonus? It’s easy to make.

Put 1 cup of heavy whipping cream in a small saucepan on the stove. Heat the cream until it just begins to bubble and steam rises. Remove from the heat and add 1 teaspoon of Lavender Lace herbal tisane. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain out the herbal blend and chill the infused cream. When chilled whip and enjoy.

I used the cream on scones, pies and cakes as well as layered in a parfait glass with blueberries. Try a dollop in a cup of black tea! Yum!

Lavender Lace Infused Honey
 Lavender Lace Infused Honey

¼ cup honey (the lighter the honey the more pronounced the flavor of the herbs)
1 tsp Lavender Lace

Put the Lavender Lace in a clean jar. Pour the honey over the herbs and seal the jar. Let the herbal blend infuse into the honey for 5 days or more. Strain out the herbs by pouring the honey through a sieve into a clean jar. Perfect in tea as well as on toast, scones and cakes!

Lavender Lace Gin & Tonic

 Lavender Lace Gin & Tonic

Infused Gin:
Put 1 Tbsp of Lavender Lace in an 8oz jar and cover with gin. Set aside for 5 days to infuse then strain out the herbs.

Cocktail:
1oz Lavender Lace Gin
5oz Tonic
1 tsp Hibiscus syrup

Place gin, tonic and syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake, then pour into a glass with ice, add a wedge of lime and enjoy!

Smooth, sweet, and refreshing 1/2/2022
I love this tisane. It has become my favorite tea. I bought it when living in Connecticut. Now that I live in North Carolina, I am ordering it online. I love that I can drink it anytime without worrying about being kept awake. No sweetener needed; great with a bit of creamer, too. I can drink this tea instead of having dessert!

Perfect tea for bedtime 11/7/2021
So far, I have only tried this blend hot. I love it. The lavender and lemon flavor is really appealing, and I enjoy drinking this tea before bed. It relaxes and calms me!

Lavender 7/4/2020
The main flavor was of course lavender, but it wasn’t at all overpowering. The second flavor was a mysterious creaminess. The other ingredients may be there in small hints to balance out the lavender, but I couldn’t pick them out individually. It doesn't need any additions

Wonderful hot or cold! 4/14/2020
I love this tea! Its like being in a field of lavender and other flowers! Its refreshing iced and relaxing when hot. Even if you are not an herbal tea drinker if you love the smell of lavender, this is for you!

Flavorful and Soothing 3/20/2020
This has become my new favorite bedtime tea. It's well balanced, floral, and calming. One of my favorites from S&V!

Balanced herbal 4/24/2019
While I'm not a huge herbal fan I had to try this due to the glowing reviews. I must say I'm surprised how well balanced this is. I can taste all the ingredients! You get the rosemary, the mint, and the lavender all working well with each other. I usually find lavender to be overwhelming and the scent can give me a headache but this is just the right amount. I'm quite pleased with that. This has become my new evening tea.

A special kind of tea 2/1/2019
This tea has a very unique flavor with cinnamon and rosemary and lavender flowers. I have to say my wife and I truly enjoyed this tea. It feels like a healing type of tea but is Very delicious. I originally bought this for my brother because I was looking for a tea for him that needs no sugar and had properties that might help with diabetes and he loved it. I bought a pound and kept some for my wife and I just because it looked and smelled very interesting and we ended up being really surprised. it's a different kind of tea but is really good.

The best kind of flowers 11/30/2018
I'm not usually a fan of floral teas, but lavender is the exception. This tea is totally delightful and an insane deal for four ounces! While I can't distinguish the other ingredients by name, they make this tea taste more complex than straight lavender. I cold brewed a second cup of this overnight and had it with breakfast!

Creamy lavender 11/29/2018
The lavender flavor is present, but mild enough to not be bitter at all. The other ingredients are kind of hiding in the background, supporting the whole thing. It's also so creamy! It doesn't need sugar, but I'm sure I'll try it as a latte.

A Lovely Surprise! 5/15/2018
Some of my tea shop guests dismiss the notion of a lavender tea, suggesting that it is more suitable in candles or soaps. More times than not, those who dare to try this blend are pleasantly surprised. It's high on our list of customer favorites!

Absolutely delightful 3/20/2017
This is a fabulous tisane for the afternoon or evening. It reminds me of a tea I bought at my favorite tea shop in Tours, France. The rosemary and lavender smell divine and it has a lovely mild flavor. Its a great alternative to chamomile for a bedtime tea if (like me) you dont love chamomile.

Well Balanced 10/15/2016
Wow, I cant believe I havent reviewed this one yet! I am on my second tin already haha. I enjoy this one a lot, it is incredibly calming. If you find lavender too sharp for your tastes, just add a little cream or milk! It is soothing and well balanced out by the mint and cinnamon notes! All around a lovely tea!

Intriguing 5/7/2016
This is such a lovely combination. Beautifully complex, not dominated by the floral, herbal, or cinnamon notes, and it is nice and light. I was a bit skeptical of the idea of cinnamon and lavender together, but the cinnamon gives it a nice touch. I could see this being delicious iced, or great mixed with a light green or white tea.

A very tasty and unique herbal blend! 3/1/2016
I had to try this unique herbal from S&V. The ingredients: organic cinnamon, spearmint, organic rosemary, lavender and lemon verbena. Its quite a colorful blend! Taste wise, I notice cinnamon, spearmint and lavender in an equal delicious balance. The lemon verbena probably adds sweetness and fruit while Im not noticing the rosemary at all. Minty, floral, fruity, and spicy sweet from the cinnamon. Somehow it works. Overall, a tasty combination and definitely something different when Im looking for a caffeine free option. It was a great price which helped me stock up on this one and Im glad I did!

Very Flavorful and Aromatic~ 12/4/2015
I love the aroma of this tea! The taste is quite super as well. I can really taste the cinnamon coming through, along with flowery tints. I love the look of this tea as I put it in the infuser. Beautiful and earthy. I would recommend a dash of honey in this tea. This is a good one to try if you arent fond of the slight bitterness of green teas...

Absolutely lovely tea! 9/10/2013
I have been drinking Lavender Lace for over fifteen years! I was served it at a tea house and it was so wonderful I just had to buy some to take home with me. Since then, I have been buying it from the website in 1 lb bags, which last me about a year. This is so fragrant and lovely, yet complex enough that it is more interesting than plain chamomile as a relaxing bathtime or bedtime brew. Another benefit--in my office, when I forget to throw out the wet leaves and go home for the weekend, I return to a very lovely-scented office!

Great hot or iced! 8/9/2013
This is one of my favorite teas now, great hot or iced. I brew a big pot, have a couple of cups with lemon or honey-very calming and soothing-and put the rest in the refrigerator, in a vintage-style bottle or pitcher, to enjoy later as iced tea and offer to guests when they drop by on a summer afternoon. I highly recommend it!

unique and delicious 4/2/2013
This is my favorite herbal tea, period. Its like nothing that Ive seen anywhere else.
