My favorite tea |
2/3/2017 |
This tea is my most-favorite tea- its delicious, and full-flavored, yet delicate. The tea is balled, so it takes very little to make ones cup and unlike crushed leaf teas, it requires no teaware to brew- as it wont cause a mess of flotsam in the cup when brewed by just tossing a few balls of it in the cup and covered with hot water. I simply allow it to brew until the leaves begin to sink, and its ready for me to enjoy, no fishing expedition to reove the leaves, -no mess, and may be re-brewed. The flavor is difficult to accurately deescribe- it almost has a hint of flowers - or fruit blossom in it. This is also my little grandsons favorite cup, and that is even over strawberry cupcake tea! He expressed disappointment over our last tea party when I had run out of this tea. OF course, his cup is tiny, but that does not stop him from cherishing every sip. |

This is my favorite Oolong tea. Its also easily the most popular for my frequent guests. The leaves pack so much flavor that I dont often feel the need to include more than one teaspoon per brew. |

My favorite! |
3/2/2012 |
This tea is BY far my favorite! Furthermore, it has been so, for the last fifteen years, at least. There is no comparison with other teas- although I do enjoy many others. It brews to a very light cup, has a magnificent scent and flavor, even when brewed strong, and the leaves tolerate multiple infusions. Serve this one at your tea party, and they will love it! I prefer it without cream or sugar- It stands alone. |
