The tea brews to an amber cup with a smooth, nutty, slightly sweet taste. It's the perfect blend to enjoy on winter nights while you're sitting by the fire. A definite crowd pleaser!
Ingredients: Black teas, almonds, organic cacao nibs, vanilla beans, flavoring and orange blossoms. Contains Tree Nuts.
Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes.
ST. NICK’S BLACK TEA LATTE
2 tsp St. Nick’s Black Tea
½ cup water
1 cup almond milk (or milk, soy milk, etc).
1 ½ tsp. sugar (to taste)
Boil water and pour over St. Nick’s Black Tea. Steep for 4 minutes. While the tea is steeping heat the milk on the stovetop. Strain the brewed tea into a mug. Pour the hot milk over the tea in the mug. Stir in sugar, top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
ST. NICK'S TEA CHEESECAKE
The holidays are a VERY busy time of the year. With everything to think about and all the things that need to be done (shopping, wrapping, shipping, cleaning, cooking, entertaining. holiday concerts, ... ) here's a dessert that's easy and fast. You can make your own graham cracker crust or purchase pre-made ones to make this recipe even easier.
2 pkgs (12) small graham cracker crusts
2 pkgs (16 oz total) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
Heat oven to 325°F.
In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed until blended. Spoon into crusts.
Bake 25 minutes until centers are almost set. Cool completely at room temperature and then refrigerate 2 hours.
Make tea cream:
In a small saucepan combine:
2/3 cup whipping cream
4 tsp St. Nick's Black Tea
Heat the cream until hot and steaming, but not boiling. Remove from the heat and add the tea. Cover and steep 4 minutes. Strain the tea cream into a measuring glass and add extra cream to reach 2/3 cup. Refrigerate tea cream, stainless mixing bowl and beaters.
When the cheesecakes are cool, beat the tea cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. Spread onto the cooled cheesecakes.
Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, chocolate shavings, whatever your heart desires.

|This was the first Tea i tried from You and It was the tea that got me hooked to Simpson and Vail. There is something so warm and inviting about this tea but it is also Very strong and it is the tea that I enjoy most in the winter along with gingerbread tea. Now its funny because I think gingerbread tea taste more like Christmas to me but during Christmas and a cold winters night or day I rather drink this. You can taste the nuts in it and its just very special.|

|I finally got around to trying the sample of this tea I received with an order around Christmastime. The scent is amazing. The chocolate is the boldest, and you get a hint of almond. The flavor is great. Again the chocolate stands out. The nuttiness is just right. Sweet, but not too sweet. Overall a nice tea.|

|Full bodied - like drinking coffee almost - delicious chocolate nut coffee : The maple came as a subtle after note which added to the tastiness. Its lovely for breakfast with a splash of milk. I can see drinking this tea year round.|
||Robust tea with complex flavors
|A rich and comforting tea that I could see St. Nick drinking after he makes his rounds. I had this for breakfast and it has a coffee-like quality to it. Very thick body and a bit cloudy. I added a splash of almond milk. It might have been tastier with some sweetener. There is nothing objectionable about this tea but I wont reach for it on a regular basis. After drinking Almond Sugar Cookie for two days, this might be unfair to compare. That tea is five stars all the way!|

||Milk chocolate and almond flavored deliciousness!
|Just in time for the holidays here is a delicious one: cocoa and almonds! There are certainly plenty of cocoa nibs and almonds here. The flavor is mostly a delicious milk chocolate with hints of almond on a medium strength black tea. There should also be vanilla and maple here, but I’m not tasting much of those. Maybe the sweetness of the maple is combining with the chocolate…it’s almost like a creamy whipped chocolate candy. The second steep is a little nuttier probably because the almonds were soaking in the wet tea leaves for a bit. This is certainly a tasty blend though, especially when I’m craving chocolate. I’m glad I bought some. Delicious stuff.|
