Along with our Earl Grey, Simpson & Vail Special Blend is our signature tea. The incomparable combination of Ceylon and Indian teas is our secret; however, you're sure to enjoy its bright amber cup, fresh garden aroma, medium body, and brisk taste that leaves your palate with a refreshing flavor.
Ingredients: Black teas from India and Sri Lanka.
Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes.

Excellent iced tea |

| This blend makes excellent iced tea.
It is refreshing and great flavored black tea.
I use 1/3 cup tea and steep for 3 to 5 minutes in 24 oz. of water using a Takeya flash chill iced tea maker with infuser.
Pour tea concentrate into a gallon pitcher and fill with cool water or ice and cool water to chill.
Serve as is or with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves. |

| This is an excellent blend to be enjoyed at breakfast with milk and sugar, or in the afternoon on its own. It has a beautifully light floral aroma and I could not be happier that I ordered 4 ounces of this! |

| I tried this tea in my last order, and I am so glad I did! It has become a favorite for my afternoon tea break when I want something a bit bolder than my darjeeling. :-) Very smooth--good black or with a dash of milk and some sugar. |

| This is my favorite go to tea in the morning. Not all teas work well with milk and I like my tea with milk. This works wonderfully and I just love it. It also makes superb iced tea. I made iced tea for my cousin and his wife when they visited and they remarked that it was the most delicious iced tea they had ever tasted. Indeed. |
