Fruity and pleasant tasting, rosehips are known for their high concentrations of vitamins A,B,E,K & especially C (a cup of rosehips contains approximately 1700 mg of Vitamin C). Rosehips are brewed as a tea and are also made into jams and jellies, as well as used for cosmetic purposes.|
Brew 1 Tbsp. in 1 cup of water at 212º - steep for 10 minutes.

1 large piece of cheesecloth
1 Tbsp rosehips
½ cup grated soap flakes
½ cup oatmeal
3-4 drops rose essential oil (optional)
Mix together the herbs, soap, oatmeal, and essential oil.. Place the soap mixture in the cheesecloth, and using the string, tie up the corners, creating a little pouch or sack. Use this sack in the bath or shower for scrubbing your skin clean. Hang it to dry between uses and it will last longer.
