|(Rubus idaeus) Raspberry leaves come from a shrub that is native to Asia and Europe and now is grown in many other parts of the world. With a deep golden cup, this herb has a pleasant, astringent taste (due to the tannins present in the leaf). It's great alone or as a blending herb in tea and herbal blends.
Brew 2 tsp of leaf in 1 cup of water at 212º - steep for 10-15 minutes.
