Closely related to currants, gooseberries are an acquired taste that is a favorite in the northern European regions. Among the first fruits of spring and summer, they have a refreshing tart taste with a fruity aroma. This black tea blend brews to a deep amber cup with a strong, sweet berry taste. Definitely a favorite here!
Ingredients: black teas, flavoring, alfalfa leaf, and hibiscus flowers.
Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes.

|I was worried about buying this tea because I wasnt quite sure what a gooseberry was much less how it tasted, so I settled on buying a sample, and I was blown away! This tea is going to be one of my favorites for years to come!|
