For tea: Put 1 tsp. of the root in 1 cup of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

|I will be ordering my 3rd pound of ginger root this year. Use it to improve the taste of teas I dont particularly like and have found it helps w/ bronchitis and achy joints. Also grinds to a pretty fine powder in the grain mill for baking.|
