Viennese roasted coffees are coffee beans that are roasted darker than standard the American roast, but lighter than traditional French Roast coffee. The slightly longer roasting time starts to bring out the oil in the bean and produces a brew that is a strong and full-bodied cup with a touch of spiciness.
You could use this as a blending bean, but we find that the Vienna Roast coffee is perfect as is.
Our coffees are available either ground or whole bean. We can grind coffees from Perc (coarse) to Turkish (extra-fine). Please specify when you order if you would like Bean, Perc, French Press, Drip, Melitta, Espresso or Turkish grind.
