Delicate and delectable - you'll fall in love with this new green tea blend! We've combined a Chinese green tea with strawberry fruit pieces, organic cacao nibs, and a fragrant fresh strawberry flavoring, to create a blend that is refreshing and aromatic. The tea brews to a distinctive ecru cup with a light strawberry cream taste and just a hint of chocolate.
Ingredients: Green tea, organic cacao nibs, flavoring and strawberry fruit pieces.
Brew tea at 180º - steep for 2-3 minutes.
Creme de la Berry Tea Chocolate Sorbet
1 cup sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
2 cups water
3 Tbsp Crème de la Berry green tea
Combine the sugar, cocoa, vanilla extract, salt and water in a medium saucepan over medium- low heat. Heat until the sugar is dissolved and the temperature reaches no more than 185°. Add the tea, cover and remove from the heat. Steep for 5 minutes.
Strain the tea leaves and pour into an 8x8 glass pan. Cool to room temperature, then place in the freezer. Stir every couple of hours to get a smooth consistency.
||More green tea than berry
|I’m not sure if I just got a weaker batch, but I tasted much more green tea than strawberry in this tea. It has a delightful strawberries and cream scent, but when brewed, I found that the green tea flavor vastly overwhelmed the berry. The green tea is quite smooth and pleasant, however.|
||Light on dessert, heavy on the green tea
|This is a nice flavored tea but be prepared, it is light on the flavoring. The green tea is very prominent but pleasantly smooth. It is a great after dinner tea, much lighter of a finish than a heavier black dessert tea.|

|I was actually really surprised when I read the description... I didnt get chocolate out of this one at all. Like other reviewers I found it very light and refreshing! I tried it iced this week, and I think it is even better like that! Delicious true to life berry flavor!|
||Like a chocolate covered strawberry cream candy!
|This one reminds me of spring somehow. A lovely green tea with strawberry and chocolate. Since there is also a creamy scented element, the blend probably reminds me of a chocolate covered strawberry cream candy (and the green tea could look like grass in an Easter basket!). Yum! I dont see too many cocoa nibs within the blend, but the taste of cocoa is there. Both strawberry flavoring and strawberry pieces represent the strawberry. I think they work very well with the green tea that is both refreshing and showcases the chocolate and strawberry. A delicious, sweet tasting cup. Its almost the green tea version of S&Vs strawberry cupcake blend!

||Strawberry Shortcake, yum!
|I am sipping on a 16 oz tumbler of this tea sweetened with a little bit of belgian rock sugar and I have to admit that this is some of the most accurately flavored tea I have ever had. As the description reads, the tea tastes. I could see this being a perfect companion to biscuits after a hearty dinner.|
