According to Greek mythology, figs were a symbol of wealth and wisdom.
Rabitos Royale only uses the Spanish Pajarito figs from the Almoharin region of Extremadura in Spain, which are re-known for their sweet, moist, and mature figs. While the fig is much smaller than other figs, it is also much tastier. The whole figs are stuffed with a mixture of brandy and chocolate granache before being hand-dipped into a thin layer of rich, Spanish chocolate. Each truffle is then individually wrapped.
