Contains rosehips, organic peppermint, organic lemon grass, fennel seed, hibiscus, organic nettle leaf, organic oatstraw, organic raspberry leaf, organic cinnamon, organic orange peel, & natural flavors. High in Vitamin C and calcium, so it's great for all those new teeth and growing bones!
Brew 1 tsp. in 1 cup of water at 212º - steep for 5-10 minutes.
