Africa's Finest Fruit Jams!
The beautiful island of Mauritius is a tropical African paradise of pristine white beaches surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. The orchard from, which these fruits originate, date back to 1858 when The Chateau de Labourdonnais was built. The orchard has grown to 50 hectare and the sugar used in the processes is also grown on Mauritius.
The fruits are hand-picked at the peak of ripeness & cooked in small batches thus capturing the best flavor. This jam is perfect on toast as well as a great addition to cakes, tarts, cheese cakes and topping on ice cream.
Imagine a subtle blend of pineapple and mango. Not too sweet, but full of tropical fruit.
Ingredients: Pineapple, Mango, cane sugar, fruit pectin & citric acid.
