(Passiflora incarnata) Passionflower is a perennial climbing vine that is native to the southern United States and Central America. Medicinally it has been used for hundreds of years as a sedative to relax the body and help one fall asleep. It also is used as a calmative to treat nervous disorders and anxiety. It is used alone or with other herbs in tea blends and used in bath blends and in dream pillows. Caution: Passionflower is not recommended for women who are pregnant.
Brew 1 tsp. in 1 cup of water at 212º - steep for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
Passion Flower
Lavender Flowers
Rose Petals
Chamomile Flowers
2 pieces of Fabric 6"x6"
With a needle and thread, sew 3 sides of the fabric together. In a mixing bowl, stir together all the herbs. Spoon the herb blend into the pillow you've sewn. Once it is filled sew the 4th side of the fabric.
Place the dream sachet inside your pillowcase for a relaxing night's sleep.
