(Citrus aurantium) Originating in Southeast Asia, orange trees are now cultivated in many places around the globe. The flowering blossoms from this tree have been used as a tea for centuries for their mild nervous stimulant properties. It has also been recommended for upset stomach and as a diuretic.
Brew 1 tsp of blossoms in 1 cup of water at 212º - steep for 5 minutes.
