Grown in California's Central Valley, Olivista Olive oil contains three type of olives; the Arbequina, Arbosana & Koroneiki. Each of these olives has origins in the Mediterranean: Spain (Arbequina and Arbosana) and Greece (Koroneike). California's Central Valley has a climate and terrain that is similar to the Mediterranean.
