A spectacular tea! The long olive green leaves are tied together with golden and raspberry colored flowers. When brewed, the leaves unfurl into long silvery, olive green leaves and a brilliant floral display from the Chrysanthemum and Amaranth flowers. Niu Lang produces a pale golden cup with a light green oolong taste. Brew: One ball in 12 oz. of water and steep 5 minutes at 185°F. While leaves are moist, multiple infusions are possible.
