From the Wuyi Shan region in the Fujian Province of China comes this pine smoked black tea. The tea is smoked over pinewood and then pan fired, fermented in barrels, fired again and finally dried over smoking pine. This tea has a milder smokey aroma and flavor as compared to our loose tea. China Lapsang Souchong is not for the faint of heart, you either like it, or you don't! Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes. 25 individually wrapped teabags per box. |
