Imported from Mexico, Ibarra sweet chocolate is superb in hot chocolate, and chili & mole sauces. One of the smoothest chocolates that we've tasted! 18.6 oz. box.
It comes in six disc shaped pieces inside a red and yellow hexagonal cylinder container. Each disc is about 5 centimeters across and about 1.5 cm. thick. The discs are divided into 8 wedge shaped units which you break off.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa nibs, soy lecithin (emulsifier) and cinnamon flavor.
For Authentic Mexican Chocolate: Heat milk until hot. Blend hot milk and chocolate (2 wedges per cup) in a blender. Serve hot.
