A wonderful afternoon tea! This fabulous blend of delicious fruits is melded with colorful herbs and our delicate White Monkey tea. The pale ecru cup emits a scrumptious fruity taste that is certain to please.
Brew 2 tsp per 8 oz. cup for 2 minutes @180ºF.
Ingredients: Green tea, Orange Blossoms, Raspberry pieces, flavorings and Cornflower petals.
8 tsp Green Guava blend
2 cups hot water
4 cups cold water
Tropical Fruit, canned in natural fruit juice
Place 8 tsp of Green Guava in a teapot and cover with 2 cups of 180 degree water. Steep for 3 minutes. Strain tea into a large glass container and add 4 cups of cold water. Refrigerate.
Pour 2/3 cup of Iced Green Guava over ice. Add 1/3 cup of tropical fruit juice and fruit. Enjoy!

Pour Green Guava over ice and drizzle in hibiscus simple syrup!
Green Guava Simple Syrup
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. Green Guava Tea Blend
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, gently heat and dissolve the sugar in the water. With a candy thermometer test to make sure that the temperature does not exceed 180. Add the tea and steep 2-3 minutes. Strain the tea leaves. Chill the syrup and add a little in your next glass of iced tea or try drizzled over fresh fruit, pound cake, ice cream and more.
