This stunning presentation tea is formed by pressing green and white tea leaves into a tight round ball and adding delicate rose, yellow and white flowers. When infused, the leaves open like a blooming flower and gently sway in the water. The clear, pale brew yields a delicate tasting tea with a floral hint of jasmine.

Brew: One ball in 8-12 oz of water and steep 5 minutes at 185°. While leaves are moist, multiple infusions are possible.
