One of Mr. Vail's 15 original tea blends. To create an extraordinary cup, we've blended Indian teas to produce a bright copper cup with a fresh garden aroma. The hearty, maltiness of Assam teas are balanced by the medium bodied Darjeeling teas to create a blend that has a malty taste with a slight citral finish. Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes. |
