Ordered a pound to use to make hot pepper oil and extract. My husbands cardiologist suggested adding a little cayenne to his lemon water to help with his weight and his cardiovascular system. Also plan to powder some up and use it with lotion to keep the hands and feet warm this winter and maybe actually cook with some of it.
